Technical information collected automatically when you browse: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and similar log data. This is a static informational site outside the form; browsing the guides requires no account and submits nothing.
How Information Is Used
Form information exists to do the one thing you submitted it for: connecting you with network lenders for parallel review, verification, and — if you accept an offer — funding. Contact details may also be used to communicate about your request. Technical data maintains site security and performance. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use form data for unrelated marketing.
How Information Is Shared
Your request is shared with participating licensed lenders for evaluation — that sharing is the service. Lenders’ own use and retention of it is governed by their privacy policies and applicable law, whether or not you accept an offer. We may also share information with service providers operating the platform under confidentiality obligations, and where law requires (subpoena, regulator, fraud prevention).
Security and Retention
Transmissions are encrypted in transit and access to request data is restricted to the operation of the service. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, and we retain information only as long as the service and legal obligations require.
Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by writing to [email protected], subject to legal retention requirements; state laws may grant additional rights, which we honor as applicable. Submitting a request is always optional, and declining an offer ends the process with no obligation.
